"The relationship we have developed with Atom bank over the last 12 months continues to grow stronger. To date and together we have delivered close to £1.2M of new capital to our economy and have committed in 2018 another £3.4M of funding, which is great news for our clients and Atom bank. This will bring the total amount of new money invested into the local economy to £4.6M in just over 12 months, which is fantastic news” said Conor Devine, Director.
Atom bank aims to offer some of the most transparent pricing and decision-making in the marketplace. This is proving very attractive to the SME borrowers who are typically refinancing away from the more traditional lenders and wanting to get under the skin of their finance options.
Atom bank’s National Account Manager Liam Brodie commented “We have been working with the team at Clearpath Finance now for just over 12 months and are delighted by the fact we have been able to deliver substantial funding to the local business community through their platform. We look forward to investing more funding into the economy and building the relationship with Clearpath both in NI and throughout the rest of the UK”.
Clearpath Finance is now the number one alternative lending platform in NI with over fifty different lenders committed to the platform including high street banks, senior debt providers, peer to peer and mezzanine debt providers. In addition they have also secured a panel of private family offices that have committed capital to the platform. Mr Devine stated “To date we have delivered some £30M of new loans to businesses right across the island of Ireland and the UK, but we feel we are only scratching the surface.
Our unique skill set and hands on approach together with a solutions driven can do mentality, are values we bring to the marketplace. This approach is delivering for our clients and Atom bank and together with our other funding partners they recognise that we are an excellent route to market for them for rapid deployment of capital.
Clearpath are currently very active in NI, growing in the Republic of Ireland and also doing an official launch of their North of England office in Manchester in November 2018. “What we are saying to the business community is: if it’s funding you are looking for, we want to hear from you today” stated Conor.
