Conor Devine MRICS


Working in the property industry since 1999, Conor qualified in 2005 as a Chartered Surveyor and became a Director of a leading property Company in the same year.  Throughout the course of the last 15 years, he has been advising commercial property owners, occupiers, developers, PLC’s, government departments and financial institutions on all aspects of their real estate holdings.

Conor is one of the founding members of GDP partnership and determined to continue to assist people with their challenges, with straight, accurate and results driven advice.


James Gibbons LLB


James qualified as a Solicitor in 1990 having studied at the Queens University of Belfast.

He joined a property development group in 1991 engaged in construction, development, acquisition and the disposal of property.  His legal expertise extends across all of these fields to include company and commercial law, banking and financing, property development, planning, site assembly and funding. Having now established and moved into the role of Principal and Director of GDP, James is currently engaged by a number of listed development and construction companies providing corporate and strategic advice in the aforementioned fields.

James is solutions driven and has a very unique approach to solving problems and providing platforms for individuals and companies to prosper.


David Dixon

David graduated from Queens University Belfast in 2005 with a Degree in Economics and Finance before commencing his career in financial services.  David started his career with one of the ‘Big Four’ Banks, spending 8 years specialising in Commercial Lending and Business Insolvency before leaving the Bank to become a Commercial Finance Broker.

Over the last number of years David has raised over £100m of new borrowings for his Clients as well as providing advice on restructuring and acquisitions.  David holds an Institute of Bankers Credit & Lending Certificate and is currently finalising a further qualification in SME Business Lending


Naomi Doherty

Naomi Jointed Clearpath Finance in 2017, after graduating with a degree in Business Studies from Ulster University and has applied herself in an extremely professional fashion over the course of the last year.

Naomi's role includes delivering excellent customer service, collection & packaging of customer information, as well as assisting in the management of complex and diverse portfolios of SME business customers.  Naomi is furthering her education by pursuing additional qualifications in SME Credit & lending, and in a short space of time has established herself as a key member of the lending platform.
